 Public Hearings:

1. Consider a Local Law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the 2% cap limit established in New York State General Municipal Law §3-c. 

Presentations:

1. Annual Financial Report and Review by the Village’s Auditors.
2. Presentation on the Waterfront Revitalization Upland Design Plan and Report by the Engineers on resumption of the Shoreline Stabilization work phase.

 Matters Requiring Action:

1.  Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign a renewal contract with Mr. Marcus Serrano to continue serving as Village Administrator.
2. Consider a motion approving Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) #54, regarding the definitions of “Fund Balance”.
3. Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign an extension to retain O’Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins, LLP for auditing services to the Village.
4. Discussion to consider the purchase of a Front-end Loader for the DPW as previously included in the Village’s most recently approved long-term Capital Budget Plan.
5. Consider an extension to the Snow and Ice Agreement with the State of New York Department of Transportation for the year 2011-12.
6. Consider setting the date for Ferry Festa as Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
7. Consider a “Step” increase for Intermediate Account Clerk David Fisher to $38,451.
8. Consider request from ‘Affordables’ to conduct their semi-annual sale at the American Legion and the use of the Waterfront parking lot on March 10^th from 9am to 3pm.
9. Consider request from the Garden Club to use the Train Station for a plant sale on Saturday May 4^th and Sunday May 5^th 2012.
