PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 in the Village Hall, 112 Main Street Dobbs Ferry, New York to hear and consider an application by:

for the adoption of amendments to the Village Zoning Code.
This action is being taken by the Village in an effort to promote: the public health, safety and general welfare and entails minor amendments to portions of the Zoning Ordinance. Proposed definitions will be added to the Zoning Ordinance for: Context Limit Areas, Eave Heights, Mixed Use Buildings, Multi-Family Dwelling, Multi-family Housing Complex, and Ridge Heights. Modifications are also being proposed to the Powers of the Architectural Review Board, Waterfront A & B Districts, Natural and Scenic Resource Protection requirements, Site Plan Review, Use Specific Standards, and the Permitted Use Tables.
Copies of the proposed modifications to the Zoning Code are available for review at the Dobbs Ferry Village Clerk’s Office, the Dobbs Ferry Public Library and on the Dobbs Ferry Village Website at http://www.dobbsferry.com/.
All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. When the item is called you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any verbal and/or written comments which you have. All persons may be sworn to an oath of truth if required by the board.
