2. Public Hearing on an application filed by George Mouyios, owner to legalize the rear yard deck that was built without a permit on property located at 15 Hickory Hill Drive. The maximum allowed lot coverage by buildings is 22%, proposed is 24.93%, requiring a variance of 2.93%. The minimum allowed rear yard setback is 25’, proposed is 24.4’, requiring a variance of .6’. The minimum allowed combined side yard setback is 30’, proposed is 28.4, requiring a variance of 1.6’.
