NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Dobbs Ferry on Wednesday evening, April 12, 2017  at 8:00 p.m., in the Meeting Room of the Board, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

AGENDA:

1.     9 Cricket Ln plans to construct an addition to their home and rebuild a deck, the following determinations were made. The plan requires a variance of 15’ to the ride side yard set-back.

2.     24 Bellwood Ave. plans to construct an addition to their home and rebuild a deck, the following determinations were made.  The house requires a variance of 1’7” to the left side yard set-back. The existing deck will be completely replaced as existing and proposed will be 4’10” from the left side. The minimum allowed side set-back is 10’.The deck will require a variance of 5’12” to the left side yard set-back.

3.     187 Judson Ave plans to construct an addition to your home, the following determinations were made. The minimum required side yard set-back, each side is 15’. You have proposed 12.7’ therefore requiring a variance of 2.3’.The minimum required side yard set-back, both sides is 40’. You have proposed 34.9’ therefore requiring a variance of 5.1’.

4.     117 Bellair Dr.  plans to construct a new front entrance addition to their house, the following determinations were made. The contextual front yard set-back is 21.4’. The proposed is 17.9’ therefore requiring a variance of 3.5’
