PLANNING BOARD SITE VISIT

MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Village of Dobbs Ferry has scheduled a site visit to take place at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 364 Ashford Avenue, and 10:00 a.m. at 25 Osceola Avenue. The Board members will meet at 364 Ashford Avenue/Allen St.  The site visit is intended to assist the Board members in their review of the proposed re-subdivision approval to create a single family building lot at 364 Ashford Ave/Allen St., and site plan approval for proposed new single family residence located at 25 Osceola Avenue. The site inspection is open to the public but not available for public comment.
