Architectural Review Board

The ARB deals with the visual relationship of proposed development to its surrounding environment; Reviews building projects to determine if the physical appearance of the proposed structure is too similar or too different that the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Makes recommendations regarding project design, building materials, color, etc.

The ARB:
• consists of 5 members with 3-year term; 1 alternate with 1-year term.
• Meets 2nd and 4th Mondays off the month.
