1. 69 Washington Ave. Public Hearing for proposed plans to construct a mud room addition to the rear of the home
2. Briary & Hilldale Rd. (Vacant Lot, NE Corner) Continuation of Public Hearing for Plans to construct a new home on vacant lot. This zone requires a minimum lot area of 5,000 sq. ft. Reductions for steep slope areas are used to calculate the net lot area; this is 4,253 sq. ft. deficient by 747 sq. ft. A minimum 100 ft. lot depth is required in this zone to develop the lot. Where the front property line is an arc of a circle or irregular in shape, the depth shall be the average distance between the front & rear lines. The average depth is 84.1’, deficient by 15.9’
