PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 28, 2020, THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE'S REGULAR MEETINGS WILL START AT 6:30 P.M.  THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IS ALSO INSTITUTING PUBLIC INVITED WORK SESSIONS.  THE WORK SESSIONS WILL PROVIDE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AN OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW ONGOING AND NEW BUSINESS ITEMS THAT ARE NOT READY FOR THE REGULAR AGENDA.  IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE WORK SESSIONS WILL BE HELD ON THE SAME NIGHT AS THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.  PLEASE BE SURE TO MONITOR THE VILLAGE'S WEBSITE FOR DETAILS CONCERNING THE AGENDA.

Pledge of Allegiance

Public Hearing:

1.  Continuation of public hearing to consider the application of 115 Broadway/St. Cabrini to add a new parking lot on their property

2.  Public Hearing for the purpose of considering enactment of an Introductory Local Law which proposes to establish minimum standards for the safe installation of window air conditioning units for the protection of the public and property.

Board Consideration/Deliberation Upon Closing of Public Hearing

Appointments:

1.  Consider a motion to appoint Ms. Linda Stutz as a member of the Library Board for a term of five years as recommended by the Nominating Committee; Mayor Rossillo to administer the oath of office to Ms. Stutz.

Matters Requiring Action:

1.  Consider a motion to hire Mr. George Keiling as a Starting Laborer effective February 1, 2020 at an annual salary of $47,340.00 as recommended by the DPW General Foreman, Stephen Trezza.

2.  Consider a motion authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into an agreement with Hilton Gardens of Dobbs Ferry to host the Westchester Municipal Officials Dinner on February 13, 2020. At a cost not to exceed $6,000.

3.  Consider a motion authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into an agreement with Alexander Betke of Brown and Weinraub to explore the requirements and methods to set up a sewer fund and to assist the Village with implementing the agreement with Suez.

4.  Consider a motion to accept the Village Justice Court statement of cash receipts, cash disbursements and cash balances for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2019.

5.  Consider a motion to approve Audits #3 and #4 for January 2020 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

6.  Consider a motion to approve a request from Ms. Alissa Fasman/Sustainability Task Force Chair to place HeatSmart yard signs on Village residences until March 31, 2020.

7.  Consider a motion to approve a request from Mr. William Florin/Commander – American Legion Post 1048 to hold two flea markets at Waterfront Park on April 19, 2020 with a rain date of April 26, 2020, and on September 13, 2020 with a rain date of September 20, 2020.

8.  onsider a motion to approve a request from the Girl Scouts to sell cookies at the Dobbs Ferry Train Station starting on March 6, 2020 and ending on May 8, 2020 on weekdays from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
