Appointments:

1.  Appointment of Iair Rosenkranz as Chair of the AHRB; and appointment of Dale Greenwald as 1st Alternate Member of the AHRB, each for a term of three years.

Public Hearing:

1.  Continuation of public hearing to consider the application of 115 Broadway/St. Cabrini to add a new parking lot on their property.

Matters Requiring Action:

1.  Consider a motion to approve Audits #3, #4 and #5 for February 2020 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

2.  Consider a motion to appoint Ms. Allison Schulte as a member of the Traffic Committee for a term of one year as recommended by the Nominating Committee.

3.  Consider a motion to accept Mr. Michael Novak as a member of the Dobbs Ferry Volunteer Fire Department Livingston Hose Company and to have his name placed onto the active insurance rolls, as recommended by the Dobbs Ferry Fire Department Board of Wardens.

4.  Consider a resolution in connection with the proposed amendment to the site plan for 115 Broadway (Cabrini) establishing the Board as Lead Agency under SEQRA.

5.  Referral from the Building Official for the Board to set a public hearing for final review of 100 Main Street addition/renovation on March 24, 2020.

6.  Set public hearing date for establishment of the sewer fund law.
