Pledge of Allegiance

Public Hearing:

1.  Continuation of public hearing for review of 100 Main St addition/renovation

2.  Continuation of public hearing to consider the application of 115 Broadway/St. Cabrini to add a new parking lot on their property. (The public hearing will be adjourned for purposes of further review and report from the Board’s consultant)

3.  Continuation of public hearing to consider an introductory local law which proposed to amend the criteria, conditions and process for sidewalk café permits.

4.  Public hearing for the purposes of establishing the sewer rent rate at $1.359199677/CCF of water consumption and to consider rules and procedures for the operation of the Sewer Rent Program as set forth in Chapter 256.

Matters Requiring Action:

1.  Consider a motion to approve Audits #1 and #2 for May 2020 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

2.  Consider a resolution approving the tax warrant for the 2020 tax year.

3.  Consider a motion to award the Library Cleaning Contract to the lowest responsible bidder,  T & A Cleaning for an amount of $1,425.00/month as recommended by Ms. Elizabeth Hobson/Library Director; and to authorize Ms. Hobson to sign the contract.

During this pandemic crisis, our Statutory Board meetings will be conducted remotely. You will be able to participate via Zoom by internet or by telephone, or you can watch the meeting livestreamed on YouTube. The videos can also be viewed after each meeting on YouTube and will be posted to our website.

Courtesy of the Floor:  If you have a comment, question or concern which you would like to make, please email our Village Clerk by 3pm the day of the meeting. Be sure to include the meeting and agenda item you would like to address. Send comments to ldreaper@dobbsferry.com

For Public Hearings, we will accept emailed comments in advance of the hearings.  Please email ldreaper@dobbsferry.com by 3pm the day of the hearing.

For Zoom participants we will also enable the option for participants to “raise their hand” and voice their concern or question.
