2. Continuation of public hearing to consider the application of 115 Broadway/St. Cabrini to add a new parking lot on their property. (The public hearing will be adjourned for purposes of further review and report from the Board’s consultant)
4. Public hearing for the purposes of establishing the sewer rent rate at $1.359199677/CCF of water consumption and to consider rules and procedures for the operation of the Sewer Rent Program as set forth in Chapter 256.

3. Consider a motion to award the Library Cleaning Contract to the lowest responsible bidder, T & A Cleaning for an amount of $1,425.00/month as recommended by Ms. Elizabeth Hobson/Library Director; and to authorize Ms. Hobson to sign the contract.

You will be able to participate via Zoom by internet or by telephone, or you can watch the meeting livestreamed on YouTube. The videos can also be viewed after each meeting on YouTube and will be posted to our website.

For Public Hearings, we will accept emailed comments in advance of the hearings. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 3pm the day of the hearing.
For Zoom participants we will also enable the option for participants to “raise their hand” and voice their concern or question.

Once connected to the meeting you will be auto-muted to prevent audio interference.
When the meeting is about to start, click on that link and join the meeting.
The first time you use Zoom, a desktop client will be installed. Connect with computer audio to use your computer’s microphone and/or speakers.
