Pledge of Allegiance

Appointments:

1.  Consider a motion to appoint Richard Zatkovich as Police Sergeant off of Civil Service Eligible List # 78-826, effective on March 10, 2021 at 0000 hours, for an annual salary of $132,246.00; and Mayor Rossillo to administer the oath of office

2.  Consider a motion to hire Mr. Devonte Brailsford as a Starting Laborer at an annual salary of $47,340.00 as recommended by DPW General Foremen Stephen Trezza

Matters Requiring Action:

1.  Consider a resolution authorizing licensed use of on-street parking as parklets for use by local businesses

2.  Consider a motion to approve the audit of claims as submitted and recommended by the Village Treasurer

3.  Consider a motion to approve the estimate provided by Global Interactive Solutions, LLC for a public works project to upgrade the audio-visual capabilities within the Boardroom at Village Hall. The estimated cost for this project is $34,499.00, and the funding will be from the PEG Grant accepted by the Village in the latest franchise agreement with Altice

DIRECTIONS FOR REMOTE PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC MEETINGS

During this pandemic crisis, our statutory board meetings will be conducted remotely.  You will be able to participate via Zoom, by internet or by telephone.  The videos can also be viewed after each meeting on YouTube and will be posted on the Village website.

If you have a comment, question or concern which you would like to make, please e-mail the Village Clerk by 3:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting.  Be sure to include the meeting date and agenda item you would like to address.  Send comments to the Village Clerk at:  ldreaper@dobbsferry.com

For public hearings, we will accept e-mailed comments in advance of the hearings.  Please e-mail the Village Clerk at:  ldreaper@dobbsferry.com by 3:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting.

For Zoom participants we will also enable the option for participation to “raise their hand” and voice their concern or question.
