5. Consider a resolution to award the contract for cleaning service for the Dobbs Ferry Public Library to the lowest bidder, T & A Cleaning, for a monthly fee not to exceed $1,450.00/Month
6. Consider a resolution to accept a donation in the amount of $500.00 from Good Motion Pictures
7. Consideration of a Planning Board Referral of Proposed Zoning Code Changes – MDR-2; and consider a resolution to schedule a public hearing for consideration of a Local Law on proposed amendments to the Village Zoning text, map and table
8. Consider a resolution approving the tax warrant for the 2021 tax year
9. Consider a resolution to approve the audit of claims as submitted and recommended by the Village Treasurer
10. Consider a resolution to set a public hearing for 5/25/21 to discuss Community Development Block Grant opportunities for Dobbs Ferry; and to schedule a public information meeting for 6/8/2021 to discuss summaries of the CDBG projects
11. Consider a resolution to close the offices at Village Hall, Department of Public Works and the Village Court on May 18, 2021 and May 19, 2021 for the annual records management

DIRECTIONS FOR REMOTE PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC MEETINGS
During this pandemic crisis, our statutory board meetings will be conducted remotely. You will be able to participate via Zoom, by internet or by telephone. The videos can also be viewed after each meeting on YouTube and will be posted on the Village website.
If you have a comment, question or concern which you would like to make, please e-mail the Village Clerk by 3:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting. Be sure to include the meeting date and agenda item you would like to address. Send comments to the Village Clerk at: ldreaper@dobbsferry.com
For public hearings, we will accept e-mailed comments in advance of the hearings. Please e-mail the Village Clerk at: ldreaper@dobbsferry.com by 3:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting.
For Zoom participants we will also enable the option for participation to “raise their hand” and voice their concern or question.

Once connected to the meeting you will be auto-muted to prevent audio interference.
When the meeting is about to start, click on that link and join the meeting.
The first time you use Zoom, a desktop client will be installed. Connect with computer audio to use your computer’s microphone and/or speakers.
