MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Dobbs Ferry on Thursday evening July 1, 2021 at 7:30 PM, in the Village Board Room, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

Applicants, residents and all other meeting attendees, except for Board members, may choose to attend the meeting in person in the Board Room of Village Hall, or may join the meeting remotely. The meeting will also be broadcast live on Optimum/Altice and on Verizon, as well as stream live on YouTube.

1.  Adopt minutes for Planning Board meetings of June 3, 2021

2.  185 Ashford Avenue – Continuation of Public Hearing for site plan approval for proposed new multi-use building

3.  156 Palisade Street – Continuation of public hearing for site plan approval for proposed new multi-family building. .pa& paving area.

4.  49 Clinton Avenue – Public Hearing for site plan approval for proposed new classroom building on Masters Campus.

5.  11 Myrtle Avenue – Public Hearing for site plan approval for proposed full rehabilitation of existing house.

6.  16 Tiernans Lane – Public Hearing for site plan approval for proposed renovations, one story addition & roof deck.

All Statutory Board meetings will be held in the 2nd Floor Board Room of Village Hall. All meeting participants, except for Board members, also have the option of participating in the meeting via Zoom. The meetings will also be broadcast live on Optimum/Altice (Ch. 75) and Verizon (Ch. 46) as well as streamed live on youtube.com/VillageofDobbsFerry.

If you are participating via Zoom either by phone or by video, you can raise your hand to make public comments or participate in the meeting. If joining by video, you may use the webinar controls to raise your hand. If joining by phone, push *9 to raise your hand and *6 to unmute yourself.
