MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Dobbs Ferry on Thursday evening September 9, 2021 at 7:30 PM, in the Village Board Room, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

Applicants, residents and all other meeting attendees, except for Board members, may choose to attend the meeting in person in the Board Room of Village Hall, or may join the meeting remotely. The meeting will also be broadcast live on Optimum/Altice and on Verizon, as well as stream live on YouTube.

1.  Adopt minutes for Planning Board meeting of August 5, 2021.
2.  156 Palisade Street – Continuation of Public Hearing for site plan approval for proposed new multi-family building
3.  49 Clinton Avenue – Finalize Draft Referral Resolution for site plan approval for proposed new classroom building on Masters Campus.
4.  100 Danforth Avenue – Public Hearing for proposed expansion of existing open terrace.
5.  18 Fairlawn Avenue – Public Hearing for proposed new in-ground pool and raised spa.
6.  253 Judson Avenue – Public Hearing for proposed demolition and replacement of single family structure.
7.  243 Judson Avenue – Public Hearing for proposed additions to existing home.
8.  14 Bellair Driveway – Continuation of Presubmission Conference for proposed additions and site improvements to existing home.
9.  7 Fairlawn Avenue – Presubmission Conference for proposed exterior additions to existing home.

DIRECTIONS FOR HYBRID PUBLIC MEETINGS

Effective June 24, 2021, Dobbs Ferry’s boards will be conducting public meetings/hearings using a hybrid format. Board members will be attending in-person at the Board Room at Village Hall. Applicants, residents and other interested parties have the option to participate by either attending the meeting in person or connecting remotely using Zoom virtual technology by internet or phone using the general webinar instructions on the meeting agenda. To participate using the Zoom video option, you may use the webinar controls to raise your hand. If participating by Zoom phone option, push *9 to raise your hand and *6 to unmute yourself.  To simply watch public meetings, as always, they will be broadcast live on Optimum/Altice (Ch. 75) and on Verizon (Ch. 46), as well as stream live on YouTube.
