The meeting will be conducted in the Board Room of Village Hall using a hybrid method combining the options of in-person and virtual attendance. This method meets the Village’s goal of protecting public health and complies with New York State law, Chapter 147 of the Laws of 2021 which permits virtual participation by Board Members. The meeting will also be broadcast live on Optimum/Altice and on Verizon, as well as stream live on YouTube.

Public Hearings:

1.  Consider an application for site plan approval/waivers needed for development of property located at 398 Ashford Avenue with the goal of converting commercial space in a mixed use building into residential units resulting in a multi-family building with a total of eight units.

2.  Consider a written request for waiver from the Dobbs Ferry Zoning Code §300-40(A)(1) mandatory set-aside of affordable housing unit on the same property as the proposed development of 19 Livingston Avenue (this is not a hearing on the site plan).

4.  Resolution setting public hearing on October 12 for the Site Plan at 100 Danforth

5.  Resolution setting public hearing on October 12 for the Site Plan at the Masters School, 49 Clinton Avenue.

6.  Resolution authorizing step increase for Assistant Building Inspector John Stone
