MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Dobbs Ferry on Thursday evening, December 9, 2021 at 7:30 PM, in the Village Board Room, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York. The next scheduled meeting will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022.

The meeting will be conducted in the Board Room at Village Hall using a hybrid method combining the options of in-person and virtual attendance. This method meets the Village’s goal of protecting public health and complies with New York State law Chapter 147 of the Laws of 2021, Part E, which permits virtual participation by Board Members. The meeting will also be broadcast live on Optimum/Altice and on Verizon, as well as stream live on YouTube.

1.  Adopt minutes for Planning Board meeting of November 4, 2021.

2.  156 Palisade Street – Finalize Site Plan Resolution for proposed new multi-family building.

3.  18 Fairlawn Avenue – Continuation of Public Hearing for proposed new in-ground pool and raised spa.

4.  253 Judson Avenue – Continuation of Public Hearing for proposed demolition and replacement of single family structure.

5.  Vacant Lot SBL 3.60-24-11 – Continuation of Presubmission Conference for proposed new house on vacant lot off Briary Road.

6.  54 Clinton Avenue – Public Hearing for proposed modifications to existing residence.

7.  242 Clinton Avenue – Presubmission Conference for proposed renovation of existing single family home.

8.  167 Judson Avenue – Presubmission Conference for proposed addition of workout room.
