TREE COMMISSION MEETING

MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a regular meeting of the Tree Commission, Monday, February 14, 2022 at 4:00 PM in the Board Room of Village Hall. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 4:00 PM.

In keeping with the Village’s goal of protecting public health, the Board Meeting will be conducted using a hybrid format with both in-person and virtual participation which will comply with Chapt.147 of the Laws of 2021, as extended by Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022, permitting virtual meetings of Public Bodies.  For virtual attendance, interested parties may be heard using a web-based videoconferencing service by: (i) typing “join.zoom.us” on your web browser and entering the Webinar ID# 822 1749 3769 and Passcode: 598300; or (ii)  using the direct link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82217493769?pwd=UjZYOFIRSTdrNzhid1BkK1RTM3d0QT09 ; or (iii) dialing the one-tap phone number +1 929 205 6099.

If you are participating via Zoom either by phone or by video, do not use the “chat” function to participate. You must “raise your hand” in order to make public comments or participate in the meeting. If joining by video, you may use the webinar controls to raise your hand. If joining by phone, push *9 to raise your hand and *6 to unmute yourself.

The meetings will also be broadcast live on Optimum/Altice (Ch. 75) and Verizon (Ch. 46) as well as streamed live on youtube.com/VillageofDobbsFerry.

As per the application, please make sure the trees to be considered for removal, be marked with red ribbon. You may be represented by your contractor, arborist or landscape architect.
