In keeping with the Village’s goal of protecting public health, the Board Meeting will be conducted using a hybrid format with both in-person and virtual participation which will comply with Chapt.147 of the Laws of 2021, as extended by Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022, permitting virtual meetings of Public Bodies. Appointments:

1. Consider a resolution appointing Margaret Parr as Assistant to the Village Administrator

2. Consider a resolution accepting the resignation of Jill Hartnett as a regular member of the Parks and Recreation Commission; and appointing Kevin Hartnett as a regular member of the Parks and Recreation Commission to fulfill the unexpired term of Jill Hartnett, as recommended by the Nominating Committee

3. Consider a resolution re-appointing Mark Leggiero as a regular member of the Parks and Recreation Commission for a term of five years

4. Consider a resolution re-appointing Steve Gifford as a regular member of the Parks and Recreation Commission for a term of five years

5. Consider a resolution re-appointing Catherine Kay as a regular member of the Parks and Recreation Commission for a term of five years
