The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. 1.  Resolution:    Consider a resolution to amend the Master Fee schedule to include fees pertaining to the removal of trees

2.  Resolution:    Consider a resolution to schedule a public hearing to consider a local law amending the zoning code to restructure the Planning and Architectural Historic Review Boards

3.  Resolution:    Consider a resolution to authorize the execution of an Energy Performance Contract with Honeywell and enter into an equipment lease/purchase agreement with Bank of America

4.  Resolution:   Consider a resolution to amend the Village’s Procurement Policy

5.  Resolution:    Consider a resolution to approve the 2021-2022 year-end budget transfers and budget amendment

6.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to approve a request from Cirstin Conneely for a block party on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., with a rain date of Sunday, October 16, 2022

7.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to approve a request from Julia Singleton for a block party on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., with a rain date of Sunday, October 23, 2022

8.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving the audit of claims as submitted and recommended by the Village Treasurer
