Matters Requiring Action:

Consider a motion to approve Audits #3 and #4 for January 2018 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

Consider a motion to approve a Tax Certiorari Settlement for 343 Broadway in the amount of $21,193.16 for the tax year 2016.

Consider a motion to authorize a salary step increase for Mr. Daniel Roemer/Assistant Building Inspector to Grade XV Step 2 for an amount of $77,420.32 effective January 16, 2018, as recommended by Mr. Ed Manley/Building Inspector.

Consider a motion to authorize Mayor McLoughlin to sign a contract with “Firematic” for the purchase of three (3) firetrucks in the amount of $2,036,773.00 to be paid for through monies bonded by the Village and in accordance with approved capital projects.

Consider a motion to grant the Mayor authority to execute an Escrow Agreement with Saber Dobbs Ferry LLC for offsite improvements related to the Rivertowns Square Development.

Consider a motion to adopt a resolution accepting a proposal from Professor John Nolon of the Land Use Center of Pace University School of Law for an educational forum for all Village Boards involved with Land Use at a cost of $2,250.00.

Consider a motion to schedule a public hearing on February 13, 2018 to amend Chapter 290-32 Snow emergency streets designated, of the Village Code.

Consider a motion to complete the Historical Guidelines/Requirements for the Village of Dobbs Ferry in the amount of $12,500.00 to be paid by the Dobbs Ferry Local Development Corporation.

Consider a motion to appoint Judy Haddad, Chris Sae-Hau and Renato DiRusso as members of the Budget Committee, each for a term of one year, as recommended by the Nominating Committee.
