NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Dobbs Ferry on Wednesday evening, February 14, 2018 at 8:00 p.m., in the Meeting Room of the Board, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

AGENDA: 

1.Adopt minutes of Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting of January 10, 2018

2.7 Forkland Ln. Continuation of Public Hearing for Plans to construct a sixty foot (60’) high amateur Radio Antennae in the back yard.

3.Briary & Hilldale Rd. (Vacant Lot, NE Corner) Public Hearing for Plans to construct a new home on vacant lot.  This zone requires a minimum lot area of 5,000 sq. ft.  Reductions for steep slope areas are used to calculate the net lot area; this is 4,253 sq. ft. deficient by 747 sq. ft.  A minimum 100 ft. lot depth is required in this zone to develop the lot.  Where the front property line is an arc of a circle or irregular in shape, the depth shall be the average distance between the front & rear lines.  The average depth is 84.1’, deficient by 15.9’

4. 35 Bellair Dr. Public Hearing for Plans to construct small platform deck at front entrance of house.

5. 130 Palisade St. Public Hearing for Plans to construct an addition to the rear of the house.
