Matters Requiring Action:

Referral from the Building Inspector to consider referral of application to the Planning Board for site plan approval to replace the structure at 41 Cedar Street with a new mixed use building.

Referral from the Building Inspector to consider referral of application to the Planning Board for site plan approval to change the occupancy by adding a dwelling unit to the existing two-family building at 401 Ashford Avenue.

Referral from the Building Inspector to consider referral of application to the Planning Board for site plan approval to construct a 2686 sq. ft. storage structure on Children’s Village property.

Consider a motion to grant the Village Administrator authority to execute a "Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions" as required by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation related to the Village owned and capped Waterfront North Parcels.

Consider a resolution to request area to be designated as a “School Zone” with the Department of Transportation.

Consider a motion to schedule a public hearing on March 27, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering an application to amend the Dobbs Ferry Village Code to reflect changes to the Village Zoning Code’s Parking Regulations.

Consider a motion to authorize the Village Administrator to sign a renewal agreement with the County of Westchester for the Enhanced 911 Service.

Consider a motion to approve Audits #1 and #2 for March 2018 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

Consider a motion to schedule a public hearing on the 2018/2019 Tentative Budget on
April 10, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

Consider a motion to approve a request from the Dobbs Ferry Tree Consortium to pursue Tree City USA designation for the Village of Dobbs Ferry.

Consider a motion to approve a request from the Dobbs Ferry Tree Consortium to hire Mr. Wayne Cahilly/Arborist, as a tree consultant, at no cost to the Village. 

Consider a request from the National Alliance on Mental Illness, (NAMI), to place ribbons on trees in the Village for the month of May in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month

Consider a motion to add Mr. Salvatore Giuliano, Mr. Aedan Aktulurt, and Mr. Jon Giangrasso as members of the Livingston Hose Company and add their names to the active insurance rolls, as requested by Dobbs Ferry Volunteer Fire Department Secretary Edward Knecht.

Consider a motion to approve a request from the Dobbs Ferry PTSA to post signs for their book sale at the corner of Cedar and Broadway and on the Ashford Avenue island from March 14, 2018 through March 18, 2018.
