Appointments:

1.         Consider a motion to appoint Mr. Joe Giuliano and Mr. Anthony Cialini as Laborers for the Department of Public Works (DPW), at an annual starting salary of $44,392.00, each, effective March 1, 2017, as recommended by DPW General Foreman Gary Gardner.

Matters Requiring Action:

Consider a motion to refer site plan review to the Planning Board for the Mercy College Victory Hall extension, after review by Building Official.

Consider a resolution adopting a Home Rule request asking the State Legislature to adopt Senate Bill S4418 and Assembly Bill A5937 to amend Chapter 329 of the Laws of 2015 amending the Vehicle and Traffic Law relating to the Residential Parking System in the Village of Dobbs Ferry in the County of Westchester, in relation to making such provisions permanent.

Consider a motion to approve Audit #3, Audit #4 and Audit #5 for February 2017 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

Consider a motion to appoint Ms. Angela Mathisen as a member of the Library Board for a term of five years, as recommended by the Nominating Committee.

Consider a motion to approve a request from RiverArts Studio to hang a banner at the corner of Cedar and Main Streets for the 2017 RiverArts Studio Tour from April 15, 2017 to April 23, 2017.
