MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a regular meeting of the Planning Board/AHRB of the Village of Dobbs Ferry on Thursday evening, March 7, 2024 at 7:00 PM, in the Village Board Room, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  The next scheduled meeting will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. Unless specifically set forth on the Village Website (www.dobbsferry.com), in the meeting notice or on the agenda, meetings are conducted using a hybrid format and interested parties are invited to observe any meeting either in-person or virtually through the videoconferencing service Zoom which can be accessed by: (i) typing "join.zoom.us" on your web browser and entering the Webinar ID 998 3655 0643 and Passcode 246608; or (ii)  using the direct link https://zoom.us/j/99836550643?pwd=M2QzZi9wdDhvb2poRkVrRVQzcWNmdz09 ; or (iii) dialing the one-tap phone number +1 929 205 6099. If you are participating via Zoom either by phone or by video, do not use the “chat” function to participate. You must “raise your hand” in order to make public comments or participate in the meeting. If joining by video, you may use the webinar controls to raise your hand. Combined Planning Board Public Hearing & AHRB Public Meeting Agenda

1.  107 Palisade Street – Public Hearing for proposed subdivision of existing lot for the construction of a new residence.

2.  11 Lyman Place – Continuation of Public Hearing for proposed subdivision for two new single family houses.

3.  2 Castle Hill Close & 4 Castle Hill Close – Continuation of Public Hearing for proposed re-draw of property line between 2 Castle Hill Close & 4 Castle Hill Close. 

Pre-submission Conference for Planning Board/AHRB Agenda

1.  327 Ashford Avenue – Continuation of Pre-submission Conference for proposed removal of in-ground pool, new 2 car garage with ADU and site work.  This application is adjourned until the April 4, 2024 Planning Board/AHRB meeting.

2.  125 Bellair Drive – Continuation of Pre-submission Conference for proposed exterior alterations including a deck, stone retaining walls, stone terrace, expanded driveway and planting.  This application has been referred to the Board of Trustees and they authorized the Village attorney to work up a license agreement.

3.  515 Broadway – Greenburgh Hebrew Center – Pre-submission Conference for proposed exterior renovations including new playground construction, striping of existing parking lot, new sidewalk and partial driveway replacement and replacement of existing driveway aprons and sidewalk.

4.  83 Main Street – Referral from the Board of Trustees for a recommendation for a proposed renovation of existing barn building.

5.  Zoning Text Amendments – Recommendation on proposed zoning text amendments.
