The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. 1.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to endorse the efforts of the Climate Smart Communities Task Force of Sustainable Dobbs as set forth in the Climate Smart Communities Annual Progress Report for 2023

2.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to execute a contract with Nelson, Pope & Voorhis, LLC for professional services in connection with Groundwater Monitoring, Well Sampling and Annual Reporting at Waterfront Park in furtherance of the existing 2003 Voluntary Cleanup Agreement with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation

3.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution establishing a schedule for public workshop, public hearing and tentative adoption date of fiscal year 2024-2025 budget

4.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving a request for the Dobbs Ferry Youth Little League Opening Day Parade on April 13, 2024

5.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to authorize the 13th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep at the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park on Saturday, May 4, 2024

6.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the street closure of Cedar and Main Streets for the 2024 Ferry Festa to be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 (with a rain date of Sunday, October 6, 2024)

7.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to authorize a budget transfer for and approve Police Department equipment purchase

8.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving the audit of claims as submitted and recommended by the Village Treasurer
