This method meets the Village’s goal of protecting public health and complies with New York State law, Chapter 147 of the Laws of 2021 which permits virtual participation by Board Members. Discussion Items:

1.  Consider a resolution authorizing the Interim Village Administrator to sign a renewal of the Drug and Alcohol Task Force Inter-Municipal Agreement with the Town of Greenburgh.

2.  Consider a resolution authorizing the acquisition of a new rescue pumper for an amount not to exceed $770,000.00, from issuance of municipal tax exempt bonds or as otherwise determined by the Board of Trustees.

3.  Consider a resolution authorizing the Dobbs Ferry Fire Department to sign a  contract/HGAC agreement with Firematic Supply Company Inc. for a new rescue pumper for an amount not to exceed $770,000.00.

4.  Amendment to Code Chapter 300-51 – Tree Removal Permits.
