REGISTRATION: Registration is open to all Village of Dobbs Ferry residents and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may register online for many of our programs by clicking the lick above. You may register in person at the Parks & Recreation Office, Memorial Park, 105 Palisade Street. You may also register by mailing in the class-specific registration form with a check or money order made payable to the Village of Dobbs Ferry, 112 Palisade Street, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522. Registration must be completed at least one week prior to start date, unless otherwise noted.
FEES: The registration fee is listed with the program information. All checks should be made payable to the Village of Dobbs Ferry. An additional $30 service charge will be imposed on checks that are returned for insufficient funds.
REFUNDS: A full refund is granted if a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program and issue the appropriate refunds due to low enrollment or whenever it is considered in the best interest of the Department. Refunds will not be issued from the point two weeks prior to a program start date or, in the case of youth sports, once teams are selected. Refunds will be considered prior to this point at the discretion of the Superintendent however a $25 processing fee will be retained by the Village in all cases. Camp refunds are outlined in the camp handbooks.
INSURANCE: The Village of Dobbs Ferry maintains a standard liability policy that does not cover medical costs for anyone injured during the normal course of participation in any Recreation Department program or facility. All persons participate at their own risk. Therefore, it is highly recommended that parents and adults obtain such insurance to protect themselves or their children.
