Dobbs Ferry Local Development Corporation Meeting

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Dobbs Ferry Local Development Corporation (the “Corporation”) has scheduled and will conduct a meeting of the Members and Directors of the Corporation on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York, during which the Member and Directors will consider organizational matters, regular business matters and any other matters brought before the Member and Corporation Board.

The Corporation will accept written comments forwarded in advance to ldreaper@dobbsferry.com. The meeting agenda and materials may be reviewed and further details on public participation can be found online at the Village of Dobbs Ferry website, www.dobbsferry.com.

3.  Discussion of Current Balance Sheet and Review of Audit; and consider resolution to approve the Financial Report for year ending December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2021.

4.  Consider a resolution to adopt the 2022 – 2026 Annual Budget.

5.  Consider a motion to Adopt Annual Organizational Resolution(s). 

6.  Discussion of DFLDC moving forward.
