PLANNING BOARD SITE VISIT

NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., members of the Planning Board of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will take part in a site visit to property located at 21 Bellair Drive. This location is the subject of a site plan application by the property owner for an addition over an existing garage and porch, a new retaining wall and a rear deck expansion. The site visit is for fact-finding purposes to assist the members with review of the application and is not a meeting of a public body subject to open meetings law. No public business will be conducted, nor any action taken during the site visit which will be open to observation by the public without opportunity for public comment or engagement with the board.
