NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING AND JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
WITH THE PLANNING BOARD ON PENDING SITE PLAN APPLICATION FOR MERCY COLLEGE

 *Please note the regular meeting of the Planning Board will follow the special meeting & joint public hearing.  if you are attending both meetings via Zoom you may remain connected as it is the same link that will be used for the regular meeting of the Planning Board.  

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application regarding property at 555 Broadway (E/I Zoning District) has been filed by Mercy College with the Village of Dobbs Ferry seeking site plan approval from the Board of Trustees for upgrades to an existing parking lot involving no increase in size or capacity, and the construction of an open-air pavilion. The Village Board of Trustees will convene a special meeting and join the Planning Board at its regular meeting on Thursday, July 7 in the Board Room, 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, NY to conduct a joint public hearing at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to accept public comments on the proposed site plan. Following
adournment of the hearing, the Village Board of Trustees will close its special meeting and the Planning Board will continue with its posted agenda.

The meeting will be conducted using a hybrid format in keeping with the Village’s goal of protecting public health and in compliance with open meetings law and any applicable executive orders of the NYS Governor. For virtual participation, all interested parties may be heard using Zoom, a web based video conferencing service using the following link, or in accordance with instructions found on the Village website: www.dobbsferry.com

A copy of the plans, application, environmental assessment form and related documents are on file in the Building Department and available for inspection Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or on the Building Department page of the Village website www.dobbsferry.com under the “Projects” tab.
