The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. 1.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution appointing Sean Bucci as the Maintenance Foreman

2.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution appointing Mark Lester as the Lead Maintenance Mechanic (Sanitation)

3.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing a budget transfer to fund salary adjustment of DPW General Foreman

4.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Dobbs Ferry Fire Department to go out to bid to purchase new battery operated extrication tools

5.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution awarding the contract for Summer Camp buses to Royal Coach Lines Inc. as recommended by the Superintendent of Recreation

6.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Interim Village Administrator to sign and execute an agreement to purchase a fixed-site license plate reader and associated software

7.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to authorize application for $5,000 Climate Smart Communities Grant for food scrap outreach awareness initiative

8.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Interim Village Administrator to enter into an agreement to accept reimbursement funding from FEMA for Hurricane Ida Debris Removal Project

9.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving the audit of claims as submitted and recommended by the Village Treasurer
