The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. Resolutions

1.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to schedule a public hearing on September 26, 2023 to consider a local law amending Chapter 290 to incorporate a Master Schedule of Stop Intersections and add new intersections to the schedule

2.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner 72-75 Main Street LLC for property located at 72 Main Street

3.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner AM & AM Properties Inc. for property located at 107 Main Street

4.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner Kosov Properties Co. LLC for property located at 145 Palisades Street

5.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the street closure of Cedar and Main Streets for the 2023 Ferry Festa to be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

6.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to sign a license agreement with Dobbs Ferry Youth Football for the installation of football lights at Gould Park

7.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to execute a renewal license agreement with the State of New York for the docks at Waterfront Park

8.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into an agreement with the Rivertowns Chamber of Commerce for a total not to exceed $3,000.00 in support of programs benefitting the Village

9.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving year-end budget transfers and budget amendments as recommended by the Village Treasurer’s office

10.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving the audit of claims as submitted and recommended by the Village Treasurer
