The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. Resolutions

  1. Resolution:  Consider a resolution adopting a local law amending Chapter 290 “Vehicles and Traffic” of the Village of Dobbs Ferry Code to adopt and incorporate a master schedule of stop intersections and add certain intersections to the schedule once adopted.
  2. Resolution:  Consider a resolution to award the bid for the 2023 Gould Park Wall and Improvement project
  3. Resolution: Bond Resolution, dated September 26, 2023, authorizing the issuance of up to $2,500,000 aggregate principal amount serial bonds of the Village of Dobbs Ferry, County of Westchester, State of New York, pursuant to the local finance law, to finance the costs of the acquisition, construction and reconstruction of park improvements in and for the Village.
  4. Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to execute a renewal of the Professional Services Consulting Agreement with Melissa Diodati to act as the Dobbs Ferry Youth Services Council Coalition Coordinator for the facilitation of programming funded by the Village’s grant for Drug Free Communities
  5. Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the street closure of Maplewood Avenue and Hollywood Drive to the corner of Oakdale for a block party to be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023
  6. Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to execute an agreement with AI Engineers for inspection of the High Street wall for an amount not to exceed $10,500.00
  7. Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the commencement of procurement measures including competitive bidding for a public works project for a stormwater facility
  8. Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into a contract with ELQ Industries, Inc. for a total not to exceed $560,197.00 to repair an underground stormwater facility on Seneca Street
  9. Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving a budget amendment for emergency drainage repairs for the Seneca Street culvert as recommended by the Department of Public Works
  10. Resolution:  Consider a resolution to authorize the Village Administrator to execute a revised easement with Masters School in connection with stormwater facilities upgrade
  11. Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner 2 Ashford Realty LLC for property located at 2 Ashford Avenue
