The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. 1.  Continuation of public hearing Public hearing on Zoning text amendment to authorize flexibility in the assessment of fees in connection with Special Permits and Building Permits for Accessory Dwelling Units; and Consider a resolution adopting a local law amending the Dobbs Ferry Zoning Code to permit flexibility in assessment of recreation fees in lieu of parkland for accessory dwelling units

Resolutions:

1.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to execute a service agreement with Cintas for First Aid cabinets and Automated External Defibrillators

2.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving and consenting to the filing of the Certificate of Amendment of the Certificate of Incorporation of Resolute Hook & Ladder Company No. 1, Inc.

3.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to sign and execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Village of Dobbs Ferry and the County of Westchester for access to Westchester Records Online

4.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to reinstate Darlene Manning to the competitive Court Clerk position

5.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to allow the Police Department to purchase a new hybrid police vehicle

6.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to authorize the Village Administrator to execute a change order for the Main Street Sidewalks Improvement Project for the stabilization of vaults located beneath the sidewalks at 97, 117 and 135 Main Street and authorize additional funds

7.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to approve second quarter budget transfers as recommended by Treasurer and Department Heads

8.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution approving the audit of claims as submitted and recommended by the Village Treasurer
