PLANNING BOARD SITE VISIT
NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., members of the Planning Board of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will take part in a site visit to property located at 34 Clinton Avenue. This location is the subject of a site plan application for proposed renovation and addition to existing building to create multi-family residential building. The site visit is for fact-finding purposes to assist the members with review of the application and is not a meeting of a public body subject to open meetings law. No public business will be conducted, nor any action taken during the site visit which will be open to observation by the public without opportunity for public comment or engagement with the board.
