County Legislator Vacancy
On January 1, 2023, MaryJane Shimsky resigned as a County Legislator following her successful election to represent District 92 in the New York State Assembly. The County’s 12th Legislative District now has a vacancy to be filled for the remainder of the 2022-2023 term.
