3.  364 Ashford Avenue/Allen Street Parcel – Continuation of  Public Hearing for Proposed Resubdivision of the 364 Ashford Avenue Lot to Remove Rear Portion  and to Join with a Portion of 11 Pearl Street.

4.  199 Washington Avenue – Public Hearing  for Site Plan Approval for Proposed New In-Ground Pool (18’ x 24’) & Decking
