1.  Review the Audited Annual Financial Statements and consider resolution to approve the Financial Reports for year ending December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2023

2.  Discussion of LDC membership and status of membership

3.  Discussion of amending the LDC By-laws to change the date of the Annual Organizational Meeting from June to March to coincide with the Chief Financial Officer’s financial reporting
