Appointment:

1.  Mayor Rossillo to accept the resignation of AHRB Chairperson Michael Patino effective February 11, 2020; Appointment of Michael Patino as Village Trustee for a term to expire on December 7, 2020; and Mayor Rossillo to administer the oath of office.

Matters Requiring Action:

1.  Consider resolutions adopting a Home Rule request asking the State Legislature to adopt Senate Bill S7272 and Assembly Bill A8813 to amend Chapter 329 of the Laws of 2015, amending the Vehicle and Traffic Law relating to the Residential Parking System in the Village of Dobbs Ferry in the County of Westchester, in relation to making such provisions permanent.

2.  Authorize the Village Administrator to enter into an agreement with Scott Broccoli for Valet Parking.

3.  Consider a motion to approve Audits #1 and #2 for February 2020 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

4.  Consider a motion to award the request for proposal for the Village’s Bond Counsel to the Law Offices of Jeffrey E. Storch as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

5.  Consider a motion to authorize a salary step increase for Mr. Daniel Roemer/Assistant Building Inspector to Grade XV Step 4 for a salary of $90,104.69, effective January 16, 2020, as recommended by Mr. Ed Manley/Building Inspector.

6.  Consider a resolution to schedule a public hearing on February 25, 2020 for review of the site plan application for 41 Cedar Street at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

7.  Consider a motion to approve a request from Mr. Tim Hartnett/Dobbs Ferry Youth Little League (DFYLL), to have the DFYLL Parade on Saturday, April 18, 2020 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
