The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York. Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). Resolutions

1. Resolution: Consider a resolution for the adoption of the 2023/2024 Village Budget

2. Resolution: Consider a resolution to authorize the Interim Village Administrator to execute and submit the annual MS4 Stormwater Report to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation

3. Resolution: Consider a resolution declaring April 28, 2023 as Arbor Day in the Village of Dobbs Ferry

5. Resolution: Consider a resolution to authorize the 12th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

6. Resolution: Consider a resolution authorizing the Interim Village Administrator to sign and execute the High Visibility Campaign Agreement with Westchester County for the period of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023

7. Resolution: Consider a resolution authorizing the temporary closure and traffic diversion between 303 Broadway and 115 Broadway on April 30, 2023 for a new Torah Scroll Parade

8. Resolution: Consider a resolution adopting a Home Rule request asking the State Legislature to adopt Assembly Bill No. A-6492
