The members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry will meet in person on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 112 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.  Members of the public may join the meeting in person at Village Hall or any location listed in this notice, or remotely by using the Zoom information below.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. 1.  Consider a resolution to accept the resignation of Dana Greco as a member of the Nominating Committee

2.  Consider a resolution to appoint Jason Baird as a member of the Conservation Advisory Board for a term of three years, as recommended by the Nominating Committee

3.  Consider a resolution to appoint Jason Baird as a member of the Nominating Committee for a term of one year, as recommended by the Nominating Committee

4.  Consider a resolution to appoint Matthew Fry as the 1st Alternate Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term of one year, as recommended by the Nominating Committee

5.  Consider a resolution to appoint Disan Davis as a regular member of the Parks and Recreation Commission to fulfill the unexpired term of resigned member Catherine Kay to expire in December 2026, as recommended by the Nominating Committee

6.  Mayor Rossillo to announce the appointment of Maityn Holdt to the Ad-hoc Beautification Committee for a term of one year, as recommended by the Nominating Committee

1.  Public hearing to consider a local law amending Chapter 300 “Zoning” of the Village of Dobbs Ferry Code to adopt and incorporate Historic District Standards

Resolutions

1.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to ratify actions taken to support a grant application by Mercy College and enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Mercy College and Westchester Medical Center

2.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to renew agreement to use Westchester County firing range

3.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution to award the bid for Police motorcycles as recommended by the Chief of Police

4.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing emergency repairs of the Dobbs Ferry Fire Department Tower Ladder
