Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. 9.  Resolution:  Authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner White Marsh Holdings, LLC  

10.  Discussion:  To consider a request for street closure of Price Street at Hickory Hill Drive and Overlook Road for the purposes of a block party on September 10, 2022 with a rain date of September 17, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
