*THE AGENDA WAS AMENDED TO MOVE THE ADVICE OF COUNSEL DISCUSSION AFTER THE “APPOINTMENTS” SECTION OF THE AGENDA.  WE ANTICIPATE THAT THE CONTINUATION OF THE AGENDA WITH THE “PRESENTATIONS” SECTION WILL START AT APPROXIMATELY 7:30 PM.

Except as may be authorized by any overriding federal, state or local order, all meetings of the Village’s boards or committees qualifying as “public bodies” are conducted in accordance with Open Meetings Law (NYS Public Officers Law, Article 7). One or more board members may be participating remotely during public meetings under “extraordinary circumstances” as authorized by Open Meetings Law 103-a. Resolution:  Reappointing Bonnie Fisher to the position of Village Prosecutor and Authorizing budget transfer to increase budget line Legal – Personnel Services A.1420.100 to $15,000.00 and decrease budget line Contingency Account A.1990.400 by $8,000.00

2.  Discussion:  To consider the appointment of new member to the Fire Department
Resolution:  Appointing Jon Sordellini to the Fire Department 

3.  Mayor Rossillo to announce the appointment of Edward Trader as a member of the ad-hoc Downtown Committee for a term of one year as recommended by the Nominating Committee

Resolution:  Authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into an agreement with Historic Gravestone Services to repair and maintain the Little White Church Cemetery

2.  Parking Consultant proposal presentation; and Resolution: Authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into an agreement with Laybel Consulting, LLC for providing parking consultant services to the Village

3.  41 Allen Street -- Lot merger/re-subdivision proposal which involves request for BOT authorization to transfer title to portion of de-mapped paper street (Stiner Place)

6.  Discussion: To consider entering into an Agreement with A-1 Computer Services for Information Technology support for Village Administrative Staff, the Dobbs Ferry Fire Department, and the Dobbs Ferry Police Department
Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to execute a professional services agreement with A-1 Computer Services for Information Technology Support Services 

7.  Discussion:  To consider entering into an Agreement with Bowerman Cleaning & Restoration to remediate paper files damaged by water damage at the Embassy Community Center

8.  Discussion: To consider a request from Katrina Golub for a block party on Saturday, September 3, 2022 between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Resolution: Consider a resolution authorizing the street closure of Shady Lane between Meadow Way and Hilldale Road for a block party to be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

9.  Discussion: To consider authorizing the closure of Cedar and Main Streets on Saturday, October 1, 2022 for the Ferry Festa

10.  Discussion: To schedule a public hearing to consider a Local Law to reflect extension of the authority to impose a hotel/motel occupancy tax

11.  Resolution:  Consider a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into an agreement with Radish Health for the provision of concierge medical services for Village staff
