Matters Requiring Action:

1.  Consider a motion to appoint Ms. Sue Galloway as Chair of the Conservation Advisory Board.

2.  Consider a motion to add Mr. William Mason Miller as a member of the Ogden Engine Company and to have his name placed onto the active insurance rolls.

3.  Consider a motion to approve Audits #1, #2, #3 and #4 for August 2020 as recommended by the Village Treasurer.

4.  Consider a resolution authorizing Tax Certiorari settlement with petitioner Jerkan Realty Associates for property located at 391 Broadway for an amount of $2,857.29.

5.  Consider a resolution authorizing Tax Certiorari settlement with petitioner Vinh Nguyen for property located at 30 Palisade Street for an amount of $2,568.24.

6.  Consider a motion to approve a Disability Benefit pay-out from the Dobbs Ferry Volunteer Fire Department Service Award Program for Mr. James Walsh, as recommended by Fire Chief Ed Marron.

7.  Consider a resolution to adopt revised Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York Local Government Records (LGS-1).

8.  Consider a motion to extend the Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Curbing and Blacktop Repair contract with Pat Paving Inc. until May 31, 2021.

9.  Consider a motion to extend the Equipment Rental and Labor Rates contract with Tom Bucci Excavating until May 31, 2021.

10.  Consider a request from Assistant Fire Chief William Osborn to declare the Fire Chief’s 2012 Chevrolet Suburban as surplus equipment.

11.  Consider a motion to authorize the purchase of a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $55,265.37, piggybacking off of the City of Troy’s Bid # 012177/44 5W4CK15706.

12.  Consider a motion to authorize the Police Chief to sign an IMA with the County of Westchester for implementation of a system called Westchester County Repository for Integrated Criminalistic Information (“RICI System”), to allow for the electronic transmission and storage of criminal records and police blotter information.

13.  Consider a motion to authorize the Village Administrator to sign the renewal of the Annual Service Agreement with CivicPlus for an annual cost of $2,887.50.

14.  Consider a motion to approve a request from the Village Clerk/2020 Census Liaison to review location, placement and number of signs for 2020 Census on Village property.

15.  Consider a motion to declare the Police Department’s old RICI LiveScan equipment as surplus as recommended by Police Chief Guevara.

16.  Referral from the Building Official for the Board to review a request to re-construct retaining walls and steps on the Village Right of Way for 58 Colonial Avenue.

During this pandemic crisis, our Statutory Board meetings will be conducted remotely. You will be able to participate via Zoom by internet or by telephone, or you can watch the meeting livestreamed on YouTube. The videos can also be viewed after each meeting on YouTube and will be posted to our website.
